If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for Administrative Division. Typical work assignments will include: Assisting the Contracting Officer Representative for construction, maintenance, service contracts and all minor repair projects. Responsible for maintaining and administering a variety of budget and financial management activities. Monitoring and tracking obligations and expenditures in addition to preparing travel itineraries. Assisting in formulation justification and execution of the office budget. Responsible for administrating routine contracting and procurement activities. Reviewing requisitions and formal advertising or negotiations. Coordinating a variety of facility maintenance and/or repair activities for offices workspaces. Promoting and coordinating effective records management programs with manages and employees by providing guidance and training. Provide support services in relation to space management, records, supplies and equipment, office security, internal controls, health and safety. Projecting and analyzing space needs based on proposed initiatives, staff changes and technology improvements. Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
