ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

You will perform a variety of moderately complex tasks assigned to increase the employee knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions. You will advise on and/or resolve moderately complex, non-controversial, factual, procedural and/or recurring issues. You will make informed judgments on problems and issues; perform management advisory services for specific requests related to immediate problems of limited scope. You will adhere to instructions, policies and guidelines in exercising judgment to resolve commonly encountered work problems and deviations, and bring controversial information to the supervisor’s attention for direction. You will independently plan and carry out the assignments in conformance with accepted policies and practices.
