Strive Global is seeking a confident and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team in Baton Rouge.In this role, you will represent our brand and partner campaigns while engaging directly with customers, communicating key brand messages, and creating positive experiences. You will work alongside a collaborative team and develop practical skills in customer engagement, communication, brand representation, and business operations.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and wants an opportunity to develop within a growing organization.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Strive Global and assigned brands in a professional and positive mannerEngage with customers and provide clear information about products, services, and promotionsBuild positive relationships with potential and existing customersDeliver consistent and high-quality brand experiencesAssist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiativesAnswer questions and help customers understand available optionsMaintain a strong understanding of brand messaging and campaign objectivesCollaborate with team members to achieve performance and campaign goalsProvide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performanceMaintain professional standards and a customer-focused attitude
