The Electrical Field Leadership Trainer plays a critical role in developing the next generation of field leaderswithin the organization. This position leverages deep knowledge of electrical installation practices tocoach, mentor, and train field supervisors, foremen, and emerging leaders. The trainer may need to helpwith installations (“wear the tools”) to ensure that leadership teams are equipped with the technicalunderstanding, safety awareness, and management skills necessary to lead successful field operations. Reporting to the Construction Executive, the Electrical Field Leadership Trainer is accountable for thedevelopment of the next generation of field leaders within the organization. This position leverages deepknowledge of electrical installation practices to coach, mentor, and train field supervisors, foremen, andemerging leaders. 1. Enhance Field Leadership Competency (20%)- Field leaders demonstrate improved ability to interpret electrical plans, manage crewseffectively, and uphold quality and compliance standards.- Leadership practices are visibly strengthened through coaching, mentoring, andfeedback. 2. Enhance Field Technical Competency (20%)- Enhanced Field Technical Competency develops the ability to accurately interpret plansand specifications, apply proper installation techniques, use tools and materialseffectively, and ensure work meets safety, quality, and code standards. 3. Process Discipline (20%)- Verifying alignment between drawings, specs, and field installation 4. Continuous Learning and Safety Culture (20%)- On-site coaching and feedback loops foster a culture of continuous improvement andprofessional growth.

Minimum Skills & Experience Required:Extensive experience in electrical installation, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.- Proven ability to train, mentor, or lead field teams.- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and construction workflows.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Prior experience in a leadership or training role Preferred Skills & Experience:- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (or equivalent).- OSHA 30 Certification.- NCCER or other recognized training credentials.
