Job description
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will develop, plan, and coordinate all maintenance and repair work for SWFPAC, including developing and maintaining the SWFPAC Life Cycle Replacement Program. You will conduct special interest projects specified by management to include facility, layaway plans, special project documentation, equipment failure summary reports, and Annual Inspection Summary (AIS) report. You will track discretionary and corrective maintenance/repair, moves, and other Base Operating Service Contract (BOSC) provided service call support to ensure this resource is being effectively and efficiently used You will be responsible for a number of the command's facilities, ensuring the facilities are in good operating condition and initiating corrective actions, as necessary. You will provide assessments of the BOSC support in the areas of janitorial, Roads and Grounds, Pest Control, and Facility and Utility Maintenance and Repair. and assesses contractor performance by providing a written summary on a quarterly basis
