FINANCIAL MANAGER

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGER in the Naval Special Warfare Command, Comptroller (N7) of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND.

You will develop and implement budgetary policies and internal controls for the entire NSW community. You will budget controls, issues and approves funding, analyzes program performance, forecasts and coordinates planning, allocates civilian resources, implements financial policies, ensures operational controls, and liaises with audit agencies. You will analyze and and forecast financial requirements, manage reprogramming actions, and balance a complex financial structure with multiple fund sources and appropriations. You will oversee all accounting operations, ensuring financial statements accurately reflect resource status and comply with regulations. You will develop custom reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key financial indicators for leadership decision-making. You will attain, retain, and develop a high-performing financial workforce by setting clear expectations, providing technical guidance, and fostering professional growth. You will Design, implement, and continuously refine financial dashboards and reporting tools to monitor budget execution, resource allocation, performance trends, and ensure compliance with SOCOM and Navy directives.
