Grants Management Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Grants Management Specialist, you will: Manage a diverse portfolio of complex grants and cooperative agreements, applying advanced grants management principles to address regulatory, programmatic, and recipient compliance challenges. Perform thorough cost analyses of proposed budgets submitted under NOFOs and post-award prior approval requests, to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, policies and procedures. Provide guidance, policy decisions, and regulatory interpretations to internal and external customers. Manage difficult, technical and complex grant portfolios, and is responsible for the complete life cycle of grants, from planning through implementation and closeout of HRSA grant awards. Provide expert technical guidance, mentoring, and training to new and less experienced grants management staff.
