About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, Colorado. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Managing daily clinic operations and budget using system databases to meet performance, readiness, and revenue goals. Optimizing patient scheduling and technology workflows to ensure health privacy compliance, maximize clinic throughput, and manage referrals. Ensuring continuous clinical accreditation compliance through risk assessments, patient satisfaction reviews, and process improvement. Coordinating staffing, recruitment, and onboarding based on organizational manning documents to maintain clinic readiness. Supervising assigned personnel, establishing performance standards, scheduling leave, and resolving grievances.
