Job description

You will serve as a staff advisor and consultant on the recruitment and placement program. You will conduct studies and analyses of Human Resources Programs. You will provide continuing advice and guidance on recruitment and staffing, basic employment policy, appointment authorities, affirmative action programs, reduction-in-force, equal employment opportunity objectives, and the Federal merit system. You will maintain and ensure command-wide position classification accuracy and consistency in interpreting and applying position classification standards. You will provide solutions to complex problems with command-wide impact dealing with a variety of labor and employee relations issues. You will plan, develop, and evaluate current and anticipated training needs, and formulate an annual Command master training plan.
