Job description

You will serve as the primary logistics authority coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, contracting, and program management) to integrate supply chain requirements into broader acquisition and sustainment strategies. You will identify and assess supply chain vulnerabilities, including Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and supply chain security risks, and develops robust mitigation and resilience strategies. You will conduct supply chain and logistics analyses utilizing metrics, demand forecasting, and modeling techniques to identify trends, mitigate disruptions, and optimize stock levels. You will lead the development and execution of inventory management strategies and product support plans to optimize weapon system readiness and lifecycle sustainment. You will establish, maintain, and oversee comprehensive property and equipment tracking systems to ensure asset visibility, lifecycle accountability, and continuous audit readiness for all organizational and program-supported equipment.
