MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Office of the Judge Advocate General within OSTC.

You will develop and implement the OSTC's strategic plan and structure alignment. You will coordinate programs of all OSTC's operational lines (Administrative, Financial, Manpower, Facilities, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, and Security). You will formulate and recommend administrative policies, procedures, and regulations. You will analyze issues received by Management to formulate appropriate activity responses and identify/provide solutions to financial, personnel, and materials needs and problems. You will organize briefs for input to all major business areas, including but not limited to: Security, Facilities, Personnel, Financial Contracting and Information Technology.
