WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Monitoring Program Specialist, you will: Request, review, and analyze documentation from facilities to evaluate and ensure their compliance on both quantitative and qualitative bases with established policies and procedures. Observe and interview employees during monitoring visits, highlighting issues at facilities that require corrective action plans. Assist the Division of Policy and Procedures with the design, development, and implementation of program/management policies, regulations, goals, and objectives. Conduct formal monitoring visits, document observations, and make recommendations highlighting issues requiring corrective action plans.
