Nurse (Ambulatory Care)

About the Position: This position is located at the Navel Health Clinic, Oak Harbor, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Perform independent, comprehensive telephone and clinical triaging, and facilitate care coordination through a multidisciplinary approach. Provide patient education as an integral part of the services offered. Screen patient charts to assess the medical history and determine health care needs. Recognize and report abnormal test results, changes in symptoms and the need for follow-up. Prepare and administer oral, subcutaneous, intra-muscular and intravenous medications. Reinforce health care provider instruction and encourage patient in the maintenance of health and self-care.
