WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Program and Resource Manager, you will: Provide guidance regarding administrative management practices, resource management processes, operational requirements, and organizational priorities affecting healthcare program operations and support activities. Develop, analyze, and manage comprehensive spend plans, funding strategies, and resource plans supporting program priorities, operational requirements, healthcare delivery activities, and long-range organizational objectives. Conduct organizational assessments, operational analyses, management reviews, workforce studies, performance evaluations, and strategic planning activities affecting healthcare support operations.
