The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical and administrative advice and information to HAF policy leads, MAJCOM fucntionals, AFPC managers, branch chiefs, supervisors, and employees in support of Directorate of Civilian Talent Readiness regarding civilian development programs.

Serves as the project officer/advisor on programs and initiatives within the Directorate for Civilian Talent Readiness. Performs a variety of staff studies concerning Division programs and program support effectiveness resulting from regulatory changes, new technology, program/mission changes, recurring requirements, and others. Serves as the Divisions focal point for assigned special projects, new policies, and procedures. Manages Divisions resources for executive support, services and activities.
