As a Service Technician Assistant, you will support technicians with daily service activities, equipment preparation, basic troubleshooting, organization, and customer-related service tasks.You will work closely with experienced team members while developing valuable technical, organizational, and customer service skills. The role offers opportunities to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow within the company.ResponsibilitiesAssist technicians with daily service and operational tasks.Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for scheduled assignments.Support basic inspections, troubleshooting, and service procedures.Maintain organized and clean work areas.Help track equipment, materials, and service documentation.Follow company procedures and established safety standards.Communicate professionally with team members and customers.Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and preparation of equipment when required.Report equipment concerns or service issues to the appropriate team member.Support additional operational duties as needed.
