Job description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will serve as the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate (VA) performing essential victim advocacy and support duties within the Navy or Marine Corps command, base, or installation. You will serve as point of contact for senior management, faculty, or staff regarding sexual assault response programs. You will complete risk assessments and documentation for case review, develop reports, information papers, talking points, briefing packages, or other Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program information for senior leaders. You will assist the victim in prioritizing actions and identifying short- and long-term options to support needs and recovery. You will provide comprehensive referrals to on-installation and off-installation resources to include victim advocacy, legal, and medical/mental healthcare.
