Job description
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will serve as a SOCIAL WORKER in the FLAG ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (N00) of U.S. FLEET CYBER COMMAND (USFLTCYBERCOM). You will conduct need assessments to include focus groups and individual assessments to accomplish specific program development. You will serve as the USFLTCYBERCOM Suicide Prevention Program Manager, Human Factors Program Manager, Command Resiliency Team Manager and Navy Behavioral Health Representative. You will serve as a senior advisor to commanders and civilian leadership on behavioral health issues affecting mission effectiveness. You will provide short-term, solution focused counseling for stress, fatigue, moral injury, and operational burnout. You will coordinate medical, legal and social services and provides command consultation to assist in referral and treatment. You will develop policies, procedures, and metrics for resilience and behavioral health programs. You will deliver training on stress management, resilience, and mental performance.
