SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

You will serve as a Deputy Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (DDEEO), Code 10E for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) within the Operations Department, Code 10. "This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level"

You will manage the Affirmative Employment and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive 715 (MD-715) to establish and maintain effective programs for the command. You will manage the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Complaint process ensuring procedures are followed within the guidelines. You will manage and/ or utilize the Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) program to resolve, reduce or eliminate workplace disputes. You will advise Leadership on all Equal Employment Opportunity matters and issues effecting the installation.
