SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as the Housing Program Manger and the primary subject-matter expert for all Family and Unaccompanied Housing and Furnishing matters. You will plan, program, budget and execute requirements relative to funding for housing programs assigned to the Region. You will provide oversight of housing referral listings. You will provide information and guidance on real estate laws, community requirements, community planning, and local services and amenities. You will act as the liaison to real estate agencies, landlords, community, schools, utilities, chambers of commerce, Management Advisory Group (MAG), and local government agencies. You will manage the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of the budget and execution plans for the Region, its workforce availability, and priority work considerations.
