Join the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Shared Service Center! We're looking for talented professionals to help deliver solutions that support federal agencies nationwide. As a GS-0201-14, Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) you will lead Human Resources (HR) teams in delivering benefits and workers' compensation, advise federal agencies, and manage operations, growth, and strategy to improve HR services.

Direct employee benefits and workers' compensation services provided to customer Federal agencies. Provide technical advice to agency officials on retirement, insurance, flexible benefits, retirement savings, and workers' compensation. Plan workloads, allocate staff, establish priorities, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of branch services. Develop reimbursable agreements, pricing models, service proposals, and strategies for expanding customer services. Monitor budgets, billing, income recognition, workload requirements, and progress toward financial and operational goals. Coordinate policy, technology, and process improvements with other programs, customer agencies, and service providers. Supervise employees by assigning work, evaluating performance, resolving workplace matters, and supporting employee development.
