SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the G-6 DIVISION of US MARINE CORPS FORCES, CENTRAL CMD.

You will plan, organize, and oversee the Command, Control, Computer, and Communications (C4) activities of the Organization. You will develop goals and objectives that integrate command and C4 objectives. You will establish, revise, or review policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, and promote team building. You will establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with Higher Headquarters (HHQ), Peer Commands and Subordinate Commands. You will meet with key leaders and coordinating officials to assess satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise. You will participate in special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. You will identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. You will perform studies covering the command’s communications and information technology status. You will plan, develop, approves procedures and interprets policy related to C4 activities. You will consult and coordinate with project staff from other organizations and agencies in developing, revising, interpreting, and modifying policies to ensure application of local activities meet project needs. You will plan and coordinate all phases of the acquisition, implementation, and integration of C4 assets.
