SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

You will oversee the development of new policy, procedures, guidance, and/or directives, as necessary, to support or supplement existing policy for all shore installations. You will direct budget, procurement, accounting, and associated financial operations for the assigned program, overseeing budget allocation, and funds management, to accomplish specific program goals and objectives. You will apply a wide variety of analytical methods and techniques, (i.e., planning, programming, trend analysis, and linear programming) to forecast multi-year program requirements and to allocate and purchase resources. You will serve as a senior consultant within the headquarters to both peers and superiors on program operational matters, issuing advice on matters involving technical, professional, management, and administrative decisions.
