Job description

The incumbent serves as the Division Director of Advanced Analytics and Data Products, reporting to the Deputy Director for CX Data, Analytics, and Technology Solutions (CX DATS). The incumbent is responsible for leading and shaping the full scope of VA's customer experience data management, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities, vision and strategy that inform and drive VA-wide and national decision-making.

Plans, directs, and oversees enterprise analytical and statistical studies to support organizational planning, policy development, and executive decision-making Develops and implements enterprise data analytics strategies, business intelligence capabilities, data governance, and customer data management methods to improve organizational performance Collaborates with senior VA leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholders to identify organizational needs, communicate analytical findings, and improve customer experience Develops and executes enterprise engagement strategies while representing the organization across VA, Federal agencies, and professional communities to advance organizational goals Directs complex analytics projects, products, and services, including the development and implementation of statistical methodologies Provides administrative and technical supervision by planning and assigning work, evaluating performance, developing employees, and ensuring organizational objectives are achieved Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Compressed/Flexible: Available with supervisory approval Telework: Ad hoc telework (situational telework) available with supervisory approval Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
