Job description

About the Position: The incumbent will be assigned to the 406th Army Field Support Brigade, Logistics Readiness Center, Supply and Services Division, at Fort Rucker, AL.

Provide contract oversight through assigned Contracting Officer Representative and Quality Assurance Evaluation staff. Evaluate contractor performance and customer service in the installation supply and services activities. Provide technical assistance services to the contracting officer to include proposed changes and or modification in workload, mission and contract provisions, and certification of services. Provide contract requirements development and contract monitoring support by assisting in developing policy, performance work statements, statements of work, and other contract documentation. Control the receipt, utilization, distribution, shipment, disposal, accountability, and maintenance of supplies, materials, equipment, and other property. Conduct internal review evaluations and supply performance studies to determine efficiency of support and service. Perform a variety of special logistics projects and assignments. Establish priorities and deadlines to provide for the overall accomplishment of the installation supply and services activities and/or other mission. Perform a variety of special logistics projects and assignments. Exercise the full range of supervisory duties over subordinate administrative, clerical, and trades and craft employees.
