SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the SUPPLY AND WAREHOUSE BRANCH (N00FM5), PROCUREMENT/CONTRACTING DIVISION (N00FM3), FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE-COMPTROLLER (N00FM) of NCTAMSLANT NORVA. This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Command’s Regional Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) database program. You will manage and maintain the Command’s Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) program by screening excess property for transfer, maintaining appropriate files and supporting documentation. You will prepare expenditure documents and surveys for material transferred, shipped, offloaded (excess), lost, destroyed or disposed of, and ensure proper maintenance of related expenditure invoice files and logs. You will ensure all changes to manuals, file notices and instructions used for research and reference are completed and up to date. You will receive incoming shipments arriving from commercial companies and examine items received, note overages, shortages, or any damage incurred in the shipment and prepare detailed reports.
