Unit Program Coordinator

About the Position: This position is located at Scott Air Force Base, in St. Clair County, Illinois. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives. Develop and implement procedures to track status and maintain overall program health. Provide administrative support as the Facility Records Manager by overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and disposition of organizational records in accordance with statutory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for the preparation, maintenance, and disposition of required reports and correspondence. Collect, organize, and compile data in order to recommend actions to the commander/director.
